Understanding Bed Bugs Treatment In Detail

Bedbugs are small, oval parasitic insects that feed exclusively on human blood. They are mostly found in warm places, near or inside the bed and other sleep areas. Bed bugs are mainly active at night and feed completely on their host. After feeding, their bodies swell and obtain a reddish color.
Bed bugs have flat body approximately equal to the size of an apple seed. Moreover, Bedbugs do not fly but they move very quickly over floors, walls, ceilings etc. Female bedbugs lay hundreds of eggs size being equal to a speck of dust. Under favorable conditions, these bugs are able to reproduce three generations per year.
Most importantly, they do not transmit any disease.

During bedbug biting:

Since bedbugs are active mainly at night and bite people during their sleep. They feed by piercing the skin and withdrawing blood through an elongated beak. They feed maximum 10 minutes and then crawl away unnoticed.
Most bites are painless at first and then turn into itchy welts because they feed on the area of skin left exposed during sleep.
